摘　　要：从加强党的建设,强化公益精神,提升服务水平,提高教学能力,丰富科研成果,保障人才培养,优化内部管理等方面总结高水平区域医疗中心建设实践的基础上,提出坚定不移加强党的建设,凸显公立医院公益职责,巩固区域医疗中心地位,稳步改进临床教学质量,全力提升学科发展水平,统筹推进人才队伍建设,持续推动医院综合改革等高水平省级医学中心建设的思考。Based on the summary of the practice of building high-level regional medical centers from the aspects of strengthening party building,strengthening the spirit of public welfare,improving service levels,improving teaching capabilities,enriching scientific research results,ensuring talent training,and optimizing internal management,proposed to unswervingly strengthen party building,highlight the public welfare responsibilities of public hospitals,consolidate the status of regional medical centers,and steadily improve the quality of clinical teaching,make every effort to improve the level of disciplinary development,coordinate the construction of talent teams,and continue to promote the comprehensive reform of hospitals and other thoughts on the construction of high-level provincial medical centers.
