摘 要:通过对比干旱胁迫下‘黑比诺’自根苗、‘110R’自根苗、‘黑比诺’自接苗和‘黑比诺/110R’嫁接苗的新梢生长量和叶片生理指标的差异,探讨砧木‘110R’与酿酒葡萄‘黑比诺’耐旱性以及‘110R’嫁接对‘黑比诺’抗旱性的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫后‘110R’自根苗的新梢生长量、叶片相对含水量、叶片水势、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Tr、Gs、Pn、Ci、相对电导率,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和Pro含量,SOD、POD和CAT活性均高于‘黑比诺’自根苗,叶绿素和MDA含量低于‘黑比诺’自根苗;‘黑比诺/110R’嫁接苗除相对电导率和MDA含量低于‘黑比诺’自接苗外,其他各项生理指标均高于‘黑比诺’自接苗。利用主成分分析和隶属函数对不同材料的生理指标进行综合评价得出,‘110R’自根苗耐旱性强于‘黑比诺’自根苗,‘黑比诺/110R’嫁接苗耐旱性强于‘黑比诺’自接苗。By comparing the shoot growth and leaf physiological indexes of'Pinot Noir'self-rooted seedlings,'110R'self-rooted seedlings,'Pinot Noir'self-grafted seedlings and'Pinot Noir/110R'grafted seedlings under drought stress,the difference of drought tolerance between rootstock'110R'and wine grape'Pinot Noir',and the effect of'110R'grafting on drought resistance of'Pinot Noir'were discussed.The results showed that after drought stress,the growth rate of shoots,relative water content of leaves,leaf water potential,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,Tr,Gs,Pn,Ci,relative conductivity,the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and Pro,the activity of SOD,POD and CAT in'110R'self-rooted seedlings were higher than those in'Pinot Noir'self-rooted seedlings;while chlorophyll content and MDA content were lower than those in'Pinot Noir'self-rooted seedlings;the physiological indicators of'Pinot Noir/110R'grafting seedlings were higher than those of'Pinot Noir'self-grafting seedlings,except for lower relative conductivity and MDA content.Using principal component and membership function analysis to comprehensively evaluated the physiological indicators of different experimental materials,the results showed that'110R'self-rooted seedlings had stronger drought resistance than'Pinot Noir'self-rooted seedlings,and'Pinot Noir/110R'grafted seedlings had stronger drought resistance than'Pinot Noir'self-graft seedlings.
