摘 要:为了应对日益严峻的松材线虫病防控形势,做好秦岭北麓松材线虫病的监测工作,2022年5-10月在陕西省西安市鄠邑区清凉山通过悬挂诱捕器,开展了松材线虫病媒介昆虫的监测试验。研究结果表明,F8型诱捕器诱集的昆虫中鞘翅目占75.53%,对天牛、象甲、吉丁甲、金龟子均有较强的诱集作用;诱捕到的褐梗天牛和松墨天牛分别占诱捕昆虫总数的37.82%和9.20%,是该地区油松林的优势天牛种类,也是需要进行长期监测的主要对象;两种优势天牛种类的羽化高峰期均为6-7月,但褐梗天牛的羽化期要早于松墨天牛;采用的诱捕器团式挂设+诱木的监测方式,不仅能够增强诱捕器的诱捕能力,而且方便管理和标本收集,降低人力和物力成本。研究结果对于秦岭北麓松材线虫病的监测和预防具有重要的意义。In order to cope with the increasingly severe situation of pine wood nematode disease,the monitoring work of pine wood nematode disease in the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains was conducted from May to October 2022,monitoring vector insects by hanging traps in Qinliang Mountains,Huyi District,Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province.The result showed that the F8 traps trapped insects of Coleoptera accounting for 75.53%of total,and has a strong trapping effect on longicorn beetles,weevils,buprestid,and scarabs.Arhopalus rusticus and Monochamus alternatus accounting for 37.82%and 9.20%respectively of the total insects trapped,are the dominant species of Pinus tabulaeformis forest in this area and also the main objects for long-term monitoring.Their peak periods of emergence are both in June and July,but adult of A.rusticus emerged earlier than M.alternatus.The monitoring method with traps in group-hanging combined with bait wood can not only enhance the trapping capacity of traps,but also facilitate management and specimens collection,and reduce the cost of manpower and material resources.The research results are of great significance to the monitoring and prevention of pine wood nematode disease in the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains.
