摘  要:油田开发过程中,油水混合液在从井筒向上举升及由地面向联合站输送过程中,常因流体黏度高、凝固点高,不能满足举升和集输要求,需要对井筒或地面的流体进行加温处理,目前各油气田常用采出液中分离出的处理水加热形成热掺水作为伴热介质,达到提升流体流动性的目的。但在生产过程中,为满足伴掺条件,需要对掺水进行加温、增压,必然产生一定的费用,同时高矿化度的热掺水对井筒举升工具和地面输送管道产生严重的腐蚀、结垢问题,在治理时也形成了高昂的治理费用。通过对掺水系统进行工艺改造和管理创新,年降低掺水用量20.52×10^(4)m^(3),初期创效160万元,对同类油田降低掺水量,实现节能减排有良好的借鉴意义。In the process of oilfield development,when the oil-water mixture is lifted from the wellbore and transported from the ground to the multi-purpose station,due to the high viscosity and high freezing point of the fluid,it can not be met the requirements of lifting and gathering,so it is necessary to heat the fluid in the wellbore or on the ground.At present,the treated water separated from the produced fluid in various oil and gas fields is heated to form hot water blending as the heat tracing medium to improve the fluidity.However,in the production process,in order to meet the condition of accompanying doping,the doped water has been heated and the pressurization is bound to come into being costs.At the same time,the amount of hot water blending with high salinity is large,and the serious corrosion and scaling problems are caused to the shaft lifting tools and ground transmission pipelines,resulting in high treatment costs.Through the process transformation and management innovation of water blending system,the amount of water blending is reduced by 20.52×10^(4) m^(3) per year,and the initial effect is 1.6 million yuan,which reduces the amount of water blending for similar oilfields and has a good reference significance to save energy and reduce consumption.
