摘  要:近几年来,天然气气价持续攀升导致中国液化天然气工厂出现原料气短缺、加工成本过高等局面。而且,由于部分工厂在建厂时正处于LNG市场蓬勃发展的时候,为了尽早占据市场地位、加快项目建设,LNG工厂项目设计和施工都有一定的不完善性,导致装置能耗偏高;再加上原料气组分的不稳定性,导致工厂经常出现开停车,造成天然气的大量排放,资源浪费,而且我国在"十四五"规划和2035年远景目标纲要中首次明确了甲烷减排要求。针对以上情况,现提出以下节能降耗措施,降低了LNG生产过程中天然气的消耗量和耗电量,不但降低了LNG工厂碳排放量,而且还可以降低生产成本。In recent years,the prices of natural gas has been continuously rising,leading to a shortage of raw gas and high processing costs for LNG factories in China.Moreover,due to the booming development of the LNG market during the construction of some factories,in order to occupy the market position as soon as possible and accelerate project construction,there are certain imperfections in the design and construction of LNG factory projects,resulting in high energy consumption of the devices.In addition,the instability of raw gas components has led to frequent factory shutdowns,resulting in a large amount of natural gas emissions and resource waste.Even more to the point,China has clearly defined methane emission reduction requirements for the first time in the 14th Five Year Plan and the 2035 long-term goal outline.In response to the above situations,the following energy conservation and consumption reduction measures are proposed to reduce the consumption of natural gas and electricity during LNG production,which not only reduces the carbon emissions of LNG factory,but also reduces production costs.
