摘 要:数字化转型是油田发展的必然趋势,注水系统数字化运行模式的应用是确保油田精细注水的重要举措。2017年6月,某油田采油厂投产了一个数字化区块,实现了注水单井调控自动化,解决了注水精度不够,人力消耗大的问题。目前数字化设备运行中在电磁流量计数据显示和检测水量,自动控制阀调节水量,单干管注水井数据传输等方面还存在一定的问题,制约着数字化系统的正常运转。通过对注水系统数字化进行多方面深入研究,确定导致系统出现异常问题的主要因素,提出了切实可靠的解决方案,达到节能降耗、精准注水的目的。The digital transformation is the inevitable trend of oilfield development.The application of digital operation mode of water injection system is an important measure to ensure fine water injection in oilfield.In June 2017,a digital block is put into operation in an oilfield production plant,which realizes the automation of single-well control of water injection and solves the problem of inaccurate water injection control and large manpower consumption.At present,there are still some problems with electromagnetic flowmeter data display and detection of water volume,automatic control valves to regulate water volume and data transmission of single-tube injection wells in the operation of digital equipment,which restricts the normal operation of digital system.Through the digitization of water injection system in many aspects,the main factors leading to abnormal problems in the system are determined,and the practical and reliable solutions are put forward to achieve the purpose of energy conservation,consumption reduction and precise water injection.
