大庆油田油气站场生产厂房采暖节能措施研究

摘  要:大庆油田地处高寒地区,在冬季,油气站场生产厂房内的采暖设施、工艺管道和机泵在运行过程中均会向周围散热,导致生产厂房内温度偏高,造成能源的浪费。为降低厂房采暖用热,提高热效率,通过对生产厂房内散热源及散热量的详细分析,生产厂房内工艺设施散热量占厂房总采暖负荷的40%以上。因此,在满足工艺要求和生产操作的前提下,优化管道保温设计、降低室内采暖温度,充分利用工艺设施散热后厂房内采暖设施可减少40%~50%,对于大型厂房可取消采暖设施,降低采暖用热量。经实测采取节能措施后室内采暖温度满足生产要求,并且每年可节约天然气1400×10^(4)m^(3),实现了节能降耗的目的。The Daqing oilfield is located in a high alpine area.In winter,the heating facilities,process pipeline and pumps in the production plant of an oil and gas station will be dissipated heat to the surrounding area during operation,resulting in high temperature in the production plant and wasting energy.In order to reduce the heating for production plant and improve the heat efficiency,through detailed analysis of the heat sources and heat dissipation in the production plant,the heat dissipation of process facilities in the production plant accounts for more than 40%of the total heating load of the plant.Hence,on the premise of meeting the process requirements and production operation,optimizing the pipe insulation design,reducing the indoor heating temperature and making full use of the process facilities to dissipate heat in the plant heating facilities can be reduced by 40%~50%.For large plants,heating facilities can be canceled to reduce the heat.After measuring the energy conservation measures taken,the indoor heating temperature meets the production requirements,and it can be saved 1400×10^(4)m^(3)natural gas per year,which realizes the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
