摘  要:为提高输油泵机组效率,以某油田泵机组的实际测试工况为例,利用相关系数法对影响用能情况的指标进行了筛选,通过灰色关联分析确定指标权重,最后结合模糊物元模型对用能情况进行评价,形成相关系数-灰色关联-模糊物元的组合评价模型。计算结果表明,泵输出功率与电动机负载率、泵机组效率存在较大的相关性,将其剔除可以有效避免信息间的重叠;采用最小值法得到的指标权重差异最大,权重从大到小依次为泵机组效率、节流损失率、电动机负载率、集输单耗和功率因数;由模糊物元得到的综合关联度越大,说明泵机组的工作状态越接近理想状态,其评价结果与现场实际越相符。根据评价结果对机组进行了针对性优化整改,优化后14个联合站的泵机组效率平均提高了13.18%,累计年节电168×10^(4)kWh。In order to improve the efficient of transfer pump units,taking the actual test condition of an oilfield pump unit as an example,the correlation coefficient method is utilized to screen the indicators affecting the energy use.What's more,the weights of indicators are determined by gray correlation analysis.Finally,the fuzzy object-element model is combined to evaluate the energy use,forming a correlation coefficient-grey correlation-fuzzy object-element combination evaluation model.The results of calculation show that the output power of the pump has a great correlation with the load rate of the motor and the efficiency of the pump unit.Eliminating them can be effectively avoided overlap between messages.The weight difference of the index obtained by the minimum value method is the largest,and the weight in descending order is the pump unit efficiency,throttling loss rate,motor load rate,gathering and transport unit consumption and power factor.The greater the comprehensive correlation degree obtained from the fuzzy object-element,the closer the working state of the pump unit is to the ideal state,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation on site.According to the evaluation results,targeted optimization and rectification are carried out.After optimization,the pump unit efficiency of the 14 combined stations is increased by 13.18%on average,and the cumulative annual power saving is 168×10^(4)kWh.
