淋浴用花洒质量安全风险监测与评估分析

摘　　要：针对淋浴用花洒存在的质量问题,文中提出对淋浴用花洒进行质量安全风险监测与评估。首先,对福建省不同品牌、不同产地、不同价位的淋浴用花洒进行平均喷射角和喷洒均匀度的指标测试。再根据测试结果进行统计分析,判断风险类别。结果显示,采集的30批次样品平均喷射角均满足要求,而喷洒均匀度却均不满足要求,判定伤害程度为微弱,伤害发生的可能性类型定为Ⅶ级,产品产生危害的等级划分为A,为可容许风险。最后,根据评估结果提出风险处理建议措施及今后该类产品风险监测工作的思路。In view of the quality problems existing in the shower,this paper proposes to monitor and evaluate the quality and safety risk of the shower heads.First of all,the average jet angle and spraying uniformity index test were carried out for different brands,origins and price points of shower heads in Fujian Province.According to the test results,statistical analysis was carried out to determine the risk category.The results showed that the average jet angle of the 30 batches of samples collected met the requirements,but the spraying uniformity did not meet the requirements,and the degree of damage was judged to be weak,the type of possibility of injury was set as level VII.,and the grade of product hazard was classified as A,which was the permissible risk.Finally,according to the assessment results,the risk treatment suggestions and measures and the ideas of future risk monitoring of such products are put forward.
