摘 要:文中依据国家标准GB/T9978.1-2008《建筑构件耐火试验方法第1部分:通用要求》对两组不同设计规格的轻质防火隔墙系统进行耐火极限对比试验。其耐火极限分别可达到45 min和86 min,可代表该类产品的整体耐火性能。其中,轻质隔墙系统板块连接处为耐火功能薄弱环节,试验过程中释放的烟气和火焰对轻质隔墙系统的耐火完整性影响较大。同时,通过增加中空填充材料岩棉板的厚度以及使用密度更大的岩棉板的方法可以有效地提高轻质隔墙系统的耐火性能。According to the national standard GB/T 9978.1-2008"Fire test methods for building components Part 1:General requirements",the comparison test of fire limit of two groups of lightweight fireproof partition systems with different design specifications is carried out.The fire resistance limit can reach 45min and 86min respectively,which can represent the overall fire resistance of this kind of products.Among them,the plate connection of the light partition system is the weak link of fire resistance.The smoke and flame released during the test have a great influence on the fire integrity of the light partition system.At the same time,the method of increasing the thickness of hollow filling material rock wool board and using more dense rock wool board can effectively improve the fire resistance of lightweight partition system.
