摘　　要：为了细化和完善标准馆藏资源管理与服务的机制,实现标准馆藏资源的规范化管理,设计开发了标准馆藏资源管理信息系统,通过信息化手段对标准馆藏资源从采购到作废的全过程进行科学管理,实现了标准馆藏资源在全生命周期内可跟踪、可追溯功能,促进了标准馆藏资源的合理配置和有效利用,提高了标准馆藏资源的管理水平和服务质量。In order to refine and improve the mechanism of standard collection resources management and services,and achieve standardized management of standard collection resources,a standard collection resources management information system has been designed and developed.Through information technology,the entire process of standard collection resources from procurement to obsolescence is scientifically managed,and achieved the traceability and traceability function of standard collection resources throughout the entire lifecycle.In this way,it promots the rational allocation and effective utilization of standard collection resources,and improved the management level and service quality of standard collection resources.
