摘  要:为提高10 kV架空配电线路防雷改造经济性,提出了基于MATLAB与ATP-EMTP的雷击特性联合仿真计算方法,根据实际线路的防雷配置情况与地形特征,分析了各差异化防雷策略的改造效果与单位地闪密度下的雷击跳闸率变化情况。结合跳闸率计算结果与改造经济花费两个指标提出了防雷策略评估模型,对各差异化防雷策略进行综合评估。结果表明:全线增设绝缘子的防雷策略经济性最好,但改造效果有限,仅适用于低雷击风险地区;全线架设避雷线并逐基逐杆安装避雷器的方案能使线路雷击跳闸率下降99%,适用于高雷击风险地区,但改造花费较高。以实际10kV配电线路为例,应用本文提出的评估模型分别给出了各高风险线路段的最佳防雷改造方案。In order to improve the economy of lightning protection transformation of 10 kV overhead distribution lines,a joint simula⁃tion calculation method for lightning stroke characteristics based on MATLAB and ATP-EMTP is proposed.Based on the actual lightning protection configuration and terrain characteristics of the line,the renovation effect of each differential lightning protection strategy and the change in lightning stroke tripping rate per unit ground flash density are analyzed.A lightning protection strategy evaluation model is proposed based on the calculation results of trip rate and the economic cost of renovation,to comprehensively evaluate each differentiated lightning protection strategy.The results indicate that the lightning protection strategy of adding insula⁃tors throughout the line is the most cost-effective,but the transformation effect is limited and only applicable to areas with low lightning risk;The lightning trip-out rate of the line can be reduced by 99%by installing lightning arresters on the whole line,which is suitable for high lightning risk areas,but the renovation cost is relatively high.Taking the actual 10 kV distribution line as an example,the optimal lightning protection transformation schemes for all the high-risk line sections are given by using the evaluation model proposed in this paper.
