摘  要:为了解仁怀市地衣的物种多样性,对该地区进行了初步的野外资源调查。基于形态学和分子系统学对采集到的100份样品进行鉴定。结果表明,100份地衣样本隶属于1门(子囊菌门Ascomycota)、1纲(茶渍纲Lecanoromycetes)、2目(茶渍目Lecanorales和厚顶盘目Ostropales)、7科14属21种,其中,文字衣科(Graphicaceae)、石蕊科(Cladoniaceae)和梅衣科(Parmeliaceae)为优势科,共包含了8属12种,占该地区地衣总属的57.1%和地衣总物种的57.1%,构成了调查区的地衣主体;同时发现该调查区与外围区的地衣种类和组成有一定差别。此研究可为仁怀市地衣资源组成和分布提供一定科学数据,也为下一步做好地衣多样性的保护工作和该地区的环境监测与评价提供参考价值。In order to understand the species diversity of lichens in Renhuai city,a preliminary survey of lichen resources was carried out in this area,and 100 samples were identified based on morphology and molecular phylogeny.The results showed that 100 lichen samples belonged to 1 phylum(Ascomycota),1 class(Lecanoromycetes),2 order(Lecanorales and Ostropales),7 families,14 genera and 21 species.Among them,Graphicaceae,Cladoniaceae and Parmeliaceae were the dominant families,which included 8 genera and 12 species,accounting for 57.1%of the total genera and 57.1%of the total species of lichens in the region,which constituted the main body of lichens in the research area.In addition,it was found that there were obvious differences in lichen species and composition between the survey area and the outer area.The study provides some scientific data for the composition and distribution of lichen and the useful value for the future biodiversity conservation,environmental monitoring and assessment in Renhuai city.
