摘　　要：本文针对薄膜收卷过程中出现的皱纹、压印和静电等表观问题,论述了跟膜面直接接触的压辊的影响因素,并详细了分析了形成的原因和解决的办法,以形成对压辊从加工到使用、维护、维修等环节的科学管理方案。This article discusses the influencing factors of the pressure roller in direct contact with the film surface in response to the surface issues such as wrinkles,imprinting,and static electricity that occur during the film winding process.At the same time,this article provides a detailed analysis of the causes and solutions of the above-mentioned problems,in order to form a scientific management plan from processing to use,maintenance,and repair.
