摘 要:采用双螺杆挤出共混造粒制备了一系列不同比例的PET/PEN共混物,通过拉伸、耐冲击和弯曲,热变形温度以及透光率和雾度的测试对共混物的机械力学性能、耐热性能和透明性等性能进行了研究。研究发现:在保持一定熔融温度和时间的前提下,PET/PEN复合材料的耐热性能,拉伸强度以及弯曲性能等较纯PET有较大提高,耐缺口冲击性能略有提高,透明性略有降低。PET/PEN复合材料较纯PET具有更好的力学及耐热性能。A series of PET/PEN blends with different ratios were prepared by twin-screw extrusion blending and pelletizing,and the mechanical properties,heat resistance and transparency of the blends were investigated by tensile,impact and bending,heat deflection temperature,and light transmittance and haze tests.It was found that under the premise of maintaining a certain melting temperature and time,the heat resistance,tensile strength and bending properties of PET/PEN composites were greatly improved compared with those of pure PET,the notched impact resistance was slightly improved,and the transparency was slightly reduced.PET/PEN composites have better mechanical and heat resistance properties than pure PET.
