摘　　要：以某品牌笔记本后盖为研究对象,对薄壁塑件结构、模具设计与制造技术等进行了较为系统的研究,确定了注射机规格并对其进行了相应的技术校核,计算、设计并校核了模具的相关参数,最后设计了用于塑件产品注射成型的模具装配图,为薄壁塑件类产品的模具设计提供相应的技术参考。This paper takes the back cover of a brand notebook as the research object,and carries out a more systematic research on the structure of thin-walled plastic parts,mold design and manufacturing technology.We determined the specifications of the injection machine and its corresponding technical calibration,calculation,design and calibration of the relevant parameters of the mold.Finally,a mold assembly diagram for injection molding of plastic products was designed,providing corresponding technical references for mold design of thin-walled plastic products.
