摘　　要：如今财政科技资金对科技创新活动的支持力度不断加强,但由于财政科技资金支持的对象多、范围广,各主体对相关政策的了解程度存在差异,所以导致在资金使用过程中难免出现不规范的现象。根据财政科技资金审计过程和结果,围绕财政科技资金使用过程中常见的问题和风险点,分析相关问题形成的原因,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,以期为财政科技资金的使用和管理提供参考。The support of financial science and technology funds for scientific and technological innovation activities has been continuously strengthened.Due to the large number and wide range of objects supported by financial science and technology funds,there are differences in the understanding of relevant policies among various entities,which inevitably leads to non-standard phenomena in the use of funds.Based on the audit process and results of financial science and technology funds,this paper analyzes the causes of relevant problems around the common problems and risk points in the use of financial science and technology funds,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis,providing reference for the use and management of financial science and technology funds.
