渤海湾海洋平台主结构标准化设计实践

摘　　要：随着油田设计、建造、安装综合能力的提高,渤海湾海洋平台主腿、斜撑和框架梁等主结构的形式和杆件规格趋向系列化、标准化。常规海洋平台结构是按照油藏、工艺流程、总体布置、重控确定后开展的正向设计,其中任何一个环节发生变化都需要重新进行结构计算校核,甚至重新设计,会造成工作的反复乃至工期的增加。平台主结构标准化设计是通过研究典型工艺流程和总体区域布置,设计一种适应不同工艺流程和设备布置的系列化海洋平台主结构图库,可与适应渤海不同区域的系列化导管架配套使用,覆盖大部分渤海湾区域,以实现海洋平台主结构设计成果的重复使用。With the improvement of the comprehensive ability of oilfield design,construction and installation,the forms and member specifications of main structures such as main legs,diagonal braces and frame beams of offshore platforms in Bohai Bay tend to be serialized and standardized.The conventional offshore platform structure is a forward design carried out after the determination of oil reservoir,process flow,general layout and weight control.If one of the links changes,it is necessary to recalculate,check and even redesign the structure,resulting in repeated work and even an increase in the construction period.The standardized design of the main structure of the platform is to design a series of offshore platform main structure drawing library suitable for different process flows and equipment layouts by studying typical process flows and overall area layout.It can be used together with serialized jackets suitable for different areas of the Bohai Sea,which can cover most of the Bohai Bay area and realize the reuse of the main structure design of offshore platform.
