摘　　要：建设国家区域医疗中心是促进优质医疗资源扩容下沉和区域均衡布局的重要举措。作者回顾了北京儿童医院作为国家儿童医学中心托管共建国家区域医疗中心的背景,提出了北京儿童医院国家区域医疗中心共建模式,阐述了共建4家区域中心的主要举措,总结了当前取得的成效。在此基础上,就下一步建设工作进行思考并提出相关建议,为深入推进国家区域医疗中心建设提供借鉴。The construction of National Regional Centres(NRCs)is an important initiative to promote the expansion and sinking of highquality medical resources and a balanced regional layout.The paper firstly reviews the background of the trustees and co-constructing NRCs by Beijing Children's Hospital(BCH)as National Centre for Children’s Health,proposes a‘BCH co-constructing NRCs Model’,describes the main initiatives for the construction of the 4 NRCs,summarizes the current achievements,ponders on the next step of the construction work and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to provide examples for the in-depth advancement of the construction of the NRCs.
