摘　　要：医院职能部门管理效能的提升是提高医院管理效能、降低医院管理成本的重要路径。本文以北京某公立医院为例,系统总结了公立医院提升职能管理部门效能的意义、效能评价中存在的问题、举措经验和工作成效,并提出进一步完善的建议。The improvement of the management efficiency of hospital functional departments is the main path to improve the management efficiency of hospitals and reduce the management cost of hospitals.Taking a public hospital in Beijing as an example,this paper systematically summarizes the significance of improving the efficiency of functional management departments in public hospitals,the problems existing in the efficiency evaluation,the measures and experiences,the work results and the suggestions for further improvement.
