摘　　要：目的:对某公立三甲医院互联网医院的服务现状开展分析,讨论新冠病毒疫情前后互联网医院发挥的作用,为互联网医院的可持续发展提出建议。方法:运用描述性统计方法分析2018-2022年互联网医院服务的使用现状,通过对比新冠病毒疫情暴发前后互联网医院使用量的变化,检验新冠病毒疫情期间互联网医院对缓解线下就诊压力的作用。结果:互联网医院的使用数从疫情前的20241人次增至疫情后的169987人次,互联网医院使用人次较疫情发生前呈倍式增长。结论:互联网医院在新冠病毒疫情期间发展迅速,疫情期间发挥了分担线下就医流量、避免交叉感染、灵活调配资源、满足患者多元需求等作用,今后应继续发挥互联网医院在资源调度中的优势,提供连续闭环化健康管理服务,促使供需管三方协同配合以实现其可持续发展。Objective:To analyze the current situation of Internet hospital service use in a Grade III Level A public hospital,discuss the role of Internet hospitals before and after the COVID-19 pandemic,and put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of Internet hospitals.Methods:Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the use of Internet hospital services from 2018 to 2022.By comparing the changes in the usage of Internet hospitals before and after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,the effect of Internet hospitals on relieving the pressure of offline medical treatment under the background of the COVID-19 pandemic was tested.Results:The number of people using the Internet hospital increased from 20,241 before the COVID-19 pandemic to 169,987 after the COVID-19 pandemic.The number of people using the Internet hospital increased exponentially compared with that before the outbreak.Conclusion:Internet hospitals developed rapidly during the COVID-19 epidemic and played a role in sharing offline medical traffic,avoiding cross-infection,flexibly deploying resources,and meeting patients'diversified needs during the COVID-19,etc.In the future,they should continue to give full play to the advantages of Internet hospitals in the scheduling of resources,provide continuous and closed-loop health management services,and promote the synergy of supply,demand,and management in order to realize their sustainable development.
