摘 要:基于自制动态循环冷却水实验平台,以不同浓度硬水为实验用水,通过调节镁离子浓度、施加超声波,比较其单独与复合作用的效果。结果显示,在镁离子浓度为3 mmol/L且施加频率30 kHz、功率600 W超声波作用后,平均阻垢率达到97.82%,并且在复合作用下降低溶液粘度,抑制成垢物质析出。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析,二者共同作用下减小污垢的晶粒尺寸,并使垢样向球霰石方向转变,达到阻垢抑垢效果。Based on the self-made dynamic circulating cooling water experimental platform,different concentrations of hard water were used as experimental water,and the effects of individual and combined actions were compared by adjusting the magnesium ion concentration and applying ultrasonic waves.The results showed that the average scale inhibition rate reached 97.82%after the magnesium ion concentration of 3 mmol/L and the application of ultrasonic waves with a frequency of 30 kHz and a power of 600 W.Moreover,the composite effect reduced the viscosity of the solution and inhibited the precipitation of scale-forming substances.By X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis,the combined effect of the two reduces the grain size of the fouling and transforms the fouling samples to the direction of spheroidal aragonite,which achieves the effect of scale inhibition and scale suppression.
