摘 要:以三羟甲基氨基甲烷和柠檬酸为前驱体,通过一步水热法合成了粒径约为3 nm的氮掺杂碳量子点(NCQDs)。该N-CQDs发明亮的蓝光,最佳激发和发射波长分别为370 nm和429 nm,荧光量子产率(QY)73.31%,并且Hg^(2+)能高选择、高灵敏地猝灭N-CQDs的荧光,猝灭率85%,在室温pH=5的环境下,检出限低至2.28μmol·L^(-1),线性范围为0.1~0.4 mmol·L^(-1),R2=0.9965。将该N-CQDs用于检测实际水样中的Hg^(2+),加标回收率在94.4%~107.6%之间。Fluorescent nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)with particle size of about 3 nm were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method using trihydroxymethyl aminomethane and citric acid as precursors.The N-CQDs show stable bright blue fluo-rescence with the optimal excitation and emission wavelengths of 370 nm and 429 nm respectively,along with the fluorescence quan-tum yield(QY)of 73.31%.Most importantly,such N-CQDs can be used as an effective fluorescent"off"probe for highly selective and sensitive detection of Hg^(2+),with quenching 99.2%of their original value.At room temperature and pH of 5,the detection limit is as low as 2.28μmol.L-'and the correlation coefficients(R^(2))is 0.99979 in a linear range of 0.1~0.4 mmol.L^(-1).Moreover,the N-CQDs were applied to the detection of Hg^(2+) in actual water samples with the recovery of 94.4%~107.6%.
