摘 要:本文以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和邻苯二胺作为原料,通过一步水热法合成硅掺杂的碳量子点(Si-CDs),其荧光量子产率为13.9%。构建了一种简单、快速和选择性好的比率荧光探针(RF-probe)用于灵敏检测间氨基苯酚(MAP)。即MAP与多巴胺(DA)反应产生蓝绿色荧光性的物质,而该物质在470 nm处的荧光强度随着增大MAP的浓度而逐渐增强;同时Si-CDs在570 nm处的荧光强度值变化很小。因此,该体系的荧光强度比(F_(470)/F_(570))与MAP的浓度呈现好的线性关系,其线性范围和检出限(LOD)分别为5.0×10^(-8)-8.0×10-6mol·L^(-1)和2.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。并且把该RF-probe用于河水、自来水和纯净水中MAP的检测,其加标回收率在95.0%-105.0%范围内变化,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.0%。In the study,silicon-doped carbon dots(Si-CDs)was synthesized by a one-step water-thermal method with(3-aminoprop-yl)triethoxysilane and o-phenylenediamine as raw materials,and its quantum yield was calculated to be 13.9%.Then an easy,sen-sitive and fast ratio fluorescence probe(RF-probe)was designed for selective detection of m-aminophenol(MAP).That is,a new compound with green fluorescence was produced by MAP reacting with dopamine(DA),and its fluorescence(FL)intensity at 470 nm was enhanced with increasing the concentrations of MAP.Meanwhile,the FL intensity of Si-CDs at 570 nm altered little.There-fore,the FL intensity ratio(F_(470)/F_(570))has a good linear relationship with the concentrations of MAP.Corresponding linear range and limit of detection(LOD)are 5.0×10^(-8)-8×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1) and 2.0×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1),respectively.Moreover,the RF-probe was used for the assay of MAP in river water,tap water and purified water,and corresponding addition standard recovery and relative standard deviation(RSD)was in the range of 95.0%-105.0%and less than 4.0%.
