摘  要:以3-甲基或4-甲基-2-氨基吡啶为原料,分别与不同取代基的苯甲醛经缩合反应制备含吡啶环Schiff碱,本文首次报道2个化合物,5-硝基水杨醛缩3-甲基-2-氨基吡啶和4-甲氧基水杨醛缩4-甲基-2-氨基吡啶(即NSP和MSP)。采用熔点、红外光谱、紫外光谱、^(1)HNMR和^(13)CNMR等手段进行结构表征,并用单晶X-射线衍射法首次解析了NSP的晶体结构,结果表明其为单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群。分别采用DPPH·法和琼脂平板扩散法研究了产物的抗氧化活性与体外抑菌活性,结果表明它们对DPPH·自由基表现出优良的清除能力,NSP具有很好的抑菌作用。Schiff bases containing pyridine ring were prepared by condensation reaction between benzaldehydes with different substi-tutes and 3-or 4-methyl group substituted 2-aminopyridine,respectively.Two products,(5-nitrosalicylaldehyde)-(3-methyl-2-amin-opyridine)and(4-methoxylsalicyl aldehyde)-(4-methyl-2-aminopyridine)(abbreviated as NSP and MSP)were reported for the first time in this paper.The products were characterized by the methods of melting point,FIIR,UV-vis,^(1)HNMR and^(13)CNMR,and the crystal structure of NSP was analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction method,which indicated that it belonged to monoclinic sys-tem,P2(1)/n group.The antioxidant activities of the products were investigated by DPPH·method,and the in vitro antibacterial activities of NSP was evaluated by agar plate diffusion method.The results indicated that the products showed excellent scavenging efficacy on DPPH·free radical,and NSP exhibited excellent inhibition effect against the test strains.
