摘 要:以4-溴水杨醛和三苯胺苯硼酸为原料合成了一种新型的“开-关”型基于三苯胺的荧光探针(TPH),并用NMR,HRMS等对其结构进行了表征。利用荧光光谱和紫外-可见光吸收光谱对探针TPH识别Hg^(2+)的性能进行了测试。结果表明,在pH为4~10范围内时,探针TPH对Hg^(2+)表现出高选择性,且检测限低至10.6nM,探针TPH已成功应用于真实水样和斑马鱼中Hg^(2+)的检测。A novel"on-off"fluorescent probe(TPH)based on trianiline was synthesized from 4-bromosalicylaldehyde and trianiline phenylboric acid,and characterized by NMR,HRMS etc.Fluorescence spectrum and ultraviolet absorption spectrum were used to test the properties of TPH.The results showed that in the pH range of 4 to 10,the probe TPH showed high selectivity for Hg^(2+),and the detection limit reached 10.6 nM.The probe TPH had been successfully applied to the detection of Hg^(2+) in real water samples and ze-brafish.
