摘  要:本文建立了^(1)H核磁共振法测定盐酸氨溴索口服液含量的研究方法。采用Bruker AⅦ-600型核磁共振谱仪,以马来酸为内标,氘代水为溶剂,通过盐酸氨溴索标准品和马来酸建立了实验参数。用此实验参数绘制了标准曲线,测定了盐酸氨溴索口服液的含量并进行了精密度研究。实验结果与HPLC测试结果一致,并与说明书中含量吻合。本文建立的核磁定量的方法准确、快速,为该品种的质量控制和对照品的标定提供了方法。A method for the quantitative determination of ambroxol hydrochloride in oral liquid by ^(1)H NMR was developed.Using Bruker AVII-600 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,maleic acid as internal standard and deuterated water as solvent,the ex-perimental parameters were established,the standard curve was drawn and the precision was studied with Ambroxol hydrochloride and maleic acid.The content of ambroxol hydrochloride in oral liquid was determined with this experimental parameter.The experi-mental results were consistent with the HPLC test results and the content in the manual.The quantitative method of NMR estab-lished in this paper is accurate and fast,which provides a new method for the quality control of this variety and the calibration of ref-erence substance.
