摘 要:当前我国城市轨道施工过程大量依赖人工完成,机械化、自动化、智能化程度仍然较低,极大制约了施工效率的提升.针对此介绍了1种城市轨道信号车里程定测校验系统,小车的智能测量依靠高精度、高灵敏度的传感装置,包括单线激光扫描仪(德国SICK)、RTK(中海达或华测)、摄像头、在线移频测试表(郑州北信)、应答器检测仪、瑞士伺服电机(可计里程).该装置使城市轨道工程建设施工效率得到很大提高,数据的测量、记录、分析智能化程度得到充分的发挥,保证了施工安全性、数据准确度,降低了城市轨道工程施工过程中故障的发生率,节省了城市轨道工程中的人力和物力.At present,the urban rail industry in China is developing rapidly,but its construction process relies heavily on manual completion,and the degree of mechanization,automation,and intelligence is still low,greatly restricting the improvement of construction efficiency.This paper introduces a railway signal car mileage calibration system.The intelligent measurement of the car relies on high-precision and high-sensitivity sensing devices,including a single line laser scanner(German SICK),RTK(Zhonghaida or Huace),camera,online frequency shift test table(ZhengzhoUBeixin),responder detector,and Swiss servo motor(mileage can be calculated).This device has greatly improved the construction efficiency in railway engineering construction,fully utilized the intelligence level of data measurement,recording,and analysis,ensured the construction safety and data accuracy in railway engineering,reduced the probability of faults during railway engineering construction,and saved labor and material resources in railway engineering.
