广西公路货物运输对区域经济发展的影响研究

摘　　要：交通与经济始终保持着紧密的互助关系.为了探究广西公路货物运输对区域经济发展的影响,本文首先基于广西公路货物运输与区域经济发展数据,分析了广西公路货物运输区域及经济现状.其次,利用区域一体化理论、地理经济学理论、产业集聚与就业效应理论,探讨了公路货物运输对区域经济发展的直接和间接影响,及所包含的积极和消极影响.结果表明:公路货物运输不仅对区域内货物运输,城乡居民生活水平,调整区域经济产业结构,区域经济外溢性发展产生了明显的直接且积极的影响,还对除物流业外的其他产业快速发展产生了间接的积极影响.同时,公路货物运输对区域内公路沿线生态环境,货运效率,交通建设与管理产生了负向影响.基于研究结果提出了合理规划运输网络布局、加强管理和优化运输组织等促进策略.Transportation and economy always maintain a close mutual assistance relationship.In order to explore the impact of road freight transportation on regional economic development in Guangxi,this article first analyzes the regional and economic status of road freight transportation in Guangxi based on data on road freight transportation and regional economic development.Secondly,using the theories of regional integration,geoeconomics,and industrial agglomeration and employment effects,this study explores the direct and indirect impacts of highway freight transportation on regional economic development,as well as the positive and negative impacts it contains.The results indicate that highway freight transportation not only has a significant direct and positive impact on the transportation of goods within the region,the living standards of urban and rural residents,the adjustment of regional economic industrial structure,and the development of regional economic spillovers,but also has an indirect and positive impact on the rapid development of other industries besides logistics.At the same time,highway freight transportation has a negative impact on the ecological environment,freight efficiency,transportation construction and management along the highways in the region.Based on the research results,promotion strategies such as reasonable planning of transportation network layout,strengthening management,and optimizing transportation organization have been proposed.
