摘  要:采用化学还原-超声辅助置换法制备了活性炭负载钯镍双金属纳米催化剂(PdNi/AC)。利用N2吸附-脱附、XRD、XPS和TEM等分析手段对PdNi/AC的结构、组成和形貌进行了表征。金属纳米粒子粒径范围在5.21~19.39 nm之间,平均粒径为9.98 nm,均匀地分散在碳载体表面。PdNi间发生电子转移有利于PdNi/AC催化十二氢-N-乙基咔唑(12H-NEC)脱氢反应性能的提高。实验结果表明,在180℃,Pd/12H-NEC物质的量比为0.3%下,脱氢反应6 h时12H-NEC转化率为99.58%,释氢率94.65%。The activated carbon loaded palladium-nickel nanocatalysts(PdNi/AC)are prepared by chemical reduction&ultrasound-assisted replacement method.The structure,composition and morphology of PdNi/AC are characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,XPS and TEM.The particle size of metal nanoparticles ranges from 5.21-19.39 nm with an average particle size of 9.98 nm,which uniformly disperse on the surface of carbon carrier.The electron transfer between Pd and Ni can improve the catalytic performance of PdNi/AC for the dehydrogenation of dodecahydro-N-ethyl carbazole(12H-NEC).The experimental results of catalytic dehydrogenation reaction of dodecahydro-N-ethylcarbazole(12H-NEC)show that when the molar ratio of Pd/12H-NEC is 0.3%,the conversion of 12H-NEC is 99.58%and the hydrogen release rate is 94.65%after the dehydrogenation reacts for 6 h at 180℃.
