摘 要:将焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)和勃姆石(BM)添加到乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中制备阻燃EVA材料。单独添加19%(wt)PAPP时,EVA在垂直燃烧测试时通过UL-94 V-0级,极限氧指数(LOI)为27.8%。当PAPP与BM以质量比19∶1混合,总添加量为17%(wt)时,材料通过UL-94 V-0级且LOI值达到28.2%。在相同阻燃剂添加量时,EVA/PAPP/BM的热释放及烟释放量与EVA/PAPP相比明显降低,表明BM的加入会促进高质量炭层的形成,在燃烧时发挥更加优异的阻隔作用,提高EVA材料的阻燃及抑烟性能。The piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP)and boehmite(BM)are mixed and then incorporated into ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)to prepare flame retardant EVA composites.When 19%(wt)PAPP is added individually,the samples pass UL-94 V-0 grade during vertical burn-ing tests and the limiting oxygen index(LOI)is 27.8%.When PAPP is mixed with BM at a mass ratio of 19∶1,the composites pass UL-94 V-0 rating and the LOI value reaches 28.2%with the introduction of only 17%(wt)PAPP/BM.Compared with that of EVA/PAPP,the release of heat and smoke of EVA/PAPP/BM obviously declines with the same loading amount of flame retardant.The addition of BM promotes the generation of the char layer with a high quality,which exerts a better barrier effect during the combustion process.Consequently,the flame retardant and smoke suppression per-formance of EVA composites are enhanced.
