摘 要:以异丁烯醇聚氧乙烯醚HPEG、改性磷酸酯HAL-1和丙烯酸AA为合成单体,通过自由基聚合反应合成了一种适合混凝土用的改进型聚羧酸减水剂SC-1,优化了合成条件,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明:当改性磷酸酯HAL-1加量为大单体质量的2.5%,丙烯酸AA与大单体的物质的量比为4∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为5 h时,合成的减水剂SC-1性能较好。当其加量为0.3%时,可使水泥净浆的流动度由初始的185 mm增大至345 mm,提升幅度较大。改进型聚羧酸减水剂SC-1在混凝土中的应用效果较好,随着SC-1加量的不断增大,C30和C40混凝土的坍落度、扩展度和养护不同时间后的抗压强度值均呈现出逐渐增大的趋势。研究结果认为合成的改进型聚羧酸减水剂SC-1能够显著提高水泥净浆的流动度,并能有效改善不同强度混凝土的工作性能和力学性能。An improved polycarboxylic acid water reducer SC-1 suitable for concrete is synthesized by free radical polymerization with isobutylene polyoxyethylene ether HPEG,modified phosphate HAL-1 and acrylic acid AA as the synthetic monomers.The synthetic conditions are optimized and its performance is evaluated.The results show that when the dosage of modified phosphate HAL-1 is 2.5%of the mass of macromonomer,the molar ratio of acrylic acid AA to macromonomer is 4:1,the reaction temperature is 60℃and the reaction time is 5 h,the performance of synthesized water reducer SC-1 is good.When the dosage of modified phosphate HAL-1 is 0.3%,the fluidity of cement paste increases greatly from the initial 185 mm to 345 mm.The improved polycarboxylic acid water reducer SC-1 has a good application effect in concrete.With the constant increase of SC-1 dosage,the slump,expansion and compressive strength of C30 and C40 concrete after curing for different time show a trend of gradual increase.The results indicate that the modified polycarboxylic acid water reducer SC-1 can significantly improve the fluidity of cement paste,and can effectively improve the workability and mechanical properties of concrete with different strengths.
