聚醚改性线性硅氧烷的合成、性能及其在RTV涂层绝缘子清洗中的应用

摘　　要：采用短链含氢线性硅氧烷与烯丙基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚通过硅氢加成反应,合成了不同结构的含硅聚醚C、D和E,用FT-IR、NMR、APC等表征其分子结构;测试出0.1%(wt)的产物水溶液表面张力约20 mN/m。将此含硅聚醚与其他助剂配成清洗剂,用于RTV涂层绝缘子清洗中,清洗效率可达90%,清洗后RTV涂层对水和正庚烷的接触角与新绝缘子相差无几,表面张力值恢复至23 mN/m左右,相对分子质量小于1000的含硅聚醚清洗效果更好。The silicon-containing polyether surfactants C,D and E with different structures are synthesized by the hydrosilylation addition reac-tion between the heptamethyl trisiloxane and allyl polyoxypropylene ether,their molecular structures are characterized by the FT-IR,NMR and APC.The performance test results show that the surface tension of 0.1%(wt)product’s aqueous solution is about 20 mN/m.A cleaning agent is prepared by compounding the silicon-containing polyether with other auxiliaries,and applied to clean RTV coating insulator,and the overall cleaning efficiency can reach 90%,and the contact angle of RTV coating to water and n-heptane after cleaning is not much different from that of the unused insulator,and the surface tension value can be restored to 23 mN/m.The silicon-containing polyether with a molecular mass less than 1000 has a better clean-ing effect.
