摘 要:当前工业废水治理中,多采用光分解水制氢的方式缓解能源问题。选取热熔法制备纳米二氧化钛光催化材料,并对纳米二氧化钛光催化材料的性能进行分析。应用污染物降解率测定、紫外-可见分光光度计测定以及光催化测试,确定此材料应用性能。所得测试结果如下:热熔法制备的纳米二氧化钛光催化材料较为纯净。此材料在污染物含量为15%~20%的污水中,吸附能力最佳。且催化活性较为稳定,应用效果较好。At present,in the treatment of industrial waste water,the way of photolysis of water to produce hydrogen is often used to alleviate the energy problem.The hot-melting method is selected to prepare the nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalysis material,and the performance of nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalysis material is analyzed.The application performance of this material is tested by the determination of degrada-tion rate of pollutants,the UV-Vis spectrophotometer and the photocatalysis test.The test results shows that the nanometer titanium dioxide photocatalysis material prepared by the hot-melting method is relatively pure.This material has the best adsorption capacity in sewage with the pollutant content ranged from 15%to 20%.The catalytic activity is stable and the application effect is good.
