摘  要:复合泡沫材料具有轻量化、高强度、耐环境性能好和可设计性强等优点,可设计为轻量化材料,具有广泛的应用价值。然而,对复合泡沫材料中基体树脂和填料之间的相互作用的研究报道较少,虽然一些专家提出了界面间作用公式,但是适用的条件都具有一定局限性,特别是对于航空、航天、海洋船舶轻量化材料制造中使用高体积填充率实现减重的领域适用性有限。主要总结了近年来复合泡沫材料界面作用定量化研究进展,并对下一步研究工作提出设想。The composite foam material has the characteristic of light weight,high mechanical strength,good environmental resistance and strong designability.It can be designed as lightweight material and has a wide range of application value.However,the research concerning the interaction between the matrix resin and filler in composite foams are very less.Although some experts put forward the formula of interface interaction,but the applicable conditions have certain limitations,especially in the fields of lightweight materials manufacture for the aviation,aerospace,marine for high volume filling ratio to achieve weight loss.The research progress in the quantitative interfacial interaction of composite foam materials in recent years are summarized,and some suggestions for further research are provided.
