摘  要:利用定电位电解法对废气中的SO_(2)进行测定,首先分别考察了CO和C_(2)H_(2)单独对SO_(2)测定结果的影响,然后考察了CO和C_(2)H_(2)协同作用对废气中二氧化硫测定的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,CO的独立干扰与其浓度基本呈线性关系,且为正干扰,在CO的质量浓度为0~5.0 mg/m3时,由两种烟气分析仪测定的SO_(2)相对误差为0~23.8%,并且随着CO的质量浓度增加而增大;C_(2)H_(2)单独存在时对定电位电解法测定SO_(2)也会产生干扰,随着C_(2)H_(2)浓度的升高其测定的SO_(2)浓度值也升高;当CO与C_(2)H_(2)同时存在于废气中时,二者对二氧化硫浓度的测定具有协同影响,且C_(2)H_(2)对测定结果的影响要强于CO的影响。因此,在人工现场监测或比对在线设备时,应该选用已剔除C_(2)H_(2)、CO影响的手持测量仪器或者人工予以修正,使测量结果的有效性得以保障。The determination of SO_(2) in exhaust gas by constant potential electrolysis method is carried out.Firstly,the influence of CO and C_(2)H_(2)on the determination of SO_(2) is investigated respectively,and then the synergistic effect of CO and C_(2)H_(2)on the determination of SO_(2) in exhaust gas is studied.The results show that in a certain concentration range,the independent interference of CO has a linear relationship with its concentration,and is positive interference.When the mass concentration of CO is in the range of 0~5.0 mg/m3,the relative error of SO_(2) measured by the two flue gas analyzers is in the range of 0~23.8%,and increases with the mass concentration of CO similarly,the presence of C_(2)H_(2)alone interferes with the determination of SO_(2) by constant potential electrolysis,and the concentration of SO_(2) also increases with the increase of the concentration of C_(2)H_(2).When CO and C_(2)H_(2)exist in the exhaust gas at the same time,they have a synergistic influence on the determination of sulfur dioxide concentration,and the influence of C_(2)H_(2)on the determination result is greater than that of CO.Therefore,in the manual field monitoring or comparison of online equipment,the hand-held measuring instrument which has eliminated the influence of C_(2)H_(2)and CO should be used or manually corrected,so that the effectiveness of the measurement results can be guaranteed.
