摘 要:针对大倾角条件下的沿空留巷,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实验相结合的方式,从研究采场应力分布、顶板运动规律着手,系统梳理留巷实体侧破坏和老空侧的被动冲击,基于此研究了关键块体及“弧三角板”结构对大倾角条件下留巷的关键影响,进而优化完善留巷巷道顶板支护和巷旁支护方案。最终,通过2017—2022年在内蒙古福城矿业有限公司实施的多个不同倾角和岩性条件下的留巷案例,分析得出留巷实体强支护、柔性挡矸、严控关键块体等大倾角煤层沿空留巷关键技术。In view of the technical problem of gob side entry retaining in high dip coal seams,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field experiments are combined to systematically sort out the failure of the entity side of the entry retaining and the passive impact of the old goaf side by studying the stress distribution of the stope and the law of roof movement.Based on this,the key influence of the key blocks and the"arc triangle"structure on the entry retaining under the condition of high dip is studied,and then optimize and improve the roof support and roadway side support scheme of the reserved roadway.Finally,through several cases of roadway retaining under different dip angles and lithological conditions implemented in Inner Mongolia Fucheng Mining Co.,Ltd.from 2017 to 2022,the key technologies of roadway retaining along goaf in high dip coal seams,such as strong support of roadway retaining entities,flexible gangue retaining,and strict control of key blocks,were analyzed.
