摘 要:因矿井所采煤层为特厚煤层,实施分层开采过程中,上区段遗留煤柱宽度达20 m,距下分层巷道平距为22 m,致使下分层巷道掘进过程中应力集中程度高,频繁发生大能量震动、底鼓的现象,针对此,采取了以下手段:(1)构建弹性力学模型,对遗留煤柱内应力峰值位置进行计算,得出其位置为距边缘14.85 m处;对遗留煤柱对底板影响进行分析计算,得出上覆遗留煤柱对底板岩层的影响深度为9.82 m,影响宽度为60.17 m。(2)利用FLAC3D对上覆遗留煤柱对下分层巷道影响进行分析,得出其在垂直及水平方向影响范围及变化规律。(3)利用分析计算数据,制定了深、浅孔结合的上覆遗留煤柱侧煤体爆破卸压、巷帮超大孔径卸压、巷底爆破卸压的综合防治措施参数。经现场应用,相较措施应用前,震动频次、能量及最大能量均得到了显著控制,有效降低了巷道掘进期间冲击危险。Because the coal seam of the mine is extra-thick coal seam,in the process of implementing layered mining,the width of the remaining coal pillar in the upper section is 20 m.However,the flat distance from the lower stratified roadway is 22 m,due to the high degree of stress concentration in the process of lower stratified roadway tunneling,frequent occurrence of large energy vibration,bottom drum phenomenon.For this purpose,the following measures are adopted:(1)To construct the elastic mechanical model,to calculate the peak stress position in the legacy coal column.It′s position is 14.85 m from the edge;the influence of the legacy coal column on the bottom plate is analyzed and calculated,which is concluded that the influence depth of the coal column is 9.82 m,and the effect width is 60.17 m.(2)Analyzes the influence of the upper-covered left coal column on the lower stratified roadway by using FLAC3D,and obtains the influence range and the change law in the vertical and horizontal directions.(3)Using the analysis and calculation data,the comprehensive prevention and control measures and parameters of the side coal body blasting discharge,large hole diameter discharge and blasting discharge at the roadway bottom combined with deep and shallow holes were formulated.Compared with the field application,the vibration frequency,energy and maximum energy are significantly controlled,which effectively reduces the impact risk during the roadway excavation.
