摘 要:顶板赋存的厚硬关键岩层破断会造成工作面回采期间强矿压显现,特别是厚砂岩直覆顶板所引发的强动压灾害更为突出。针对张北矿1413A大采高工作面砂岩直覆特性,理论分析了煤层开采后直覆顶板结构特征及围岩应力分布规律,确定了受面长因素影响下的支护阻力要求,为防止采场矿压异常显现对工作面设备构成威胁,由切眼向前每隔15 m施工超前预裂爆破。结果表明,对厚砂岩直覆顶板采取强制放顶后,使厚砂岩直覆顶板来压强度降低,工作面支架承载随之减小,确保了安全高效回采。The breaking of thick hard key rock layer will cause strong ore pressure during mining of working face,in particular,the strong dynamic pressure disaster caused by the thick sandstone straight clad roof above the coal seam is more prominent.According to the occurrence characteristics of 1413A high mining face of Zhangbei mine,analyzes the structure characteristics of the roof and the stress distribution of surrounding rock,determine the support resistance requirements under the influence of surface length factors,in order to prevent the abnormal mine pressure from posing a threat to the working face equipment,pre-crack blasting from the start of the cutting hole to the front interval of 15 m for advance construction deep hole.The results of the analysis showed that,forced jacking of thick sandstone reduces the strength of thick sandstone over the coal seam,reduce its load effect on the lower working face bracket,ensure the safe and efficient recovery without replacement of support equipment.
