摘 要:为了有效解决钻爆法掘进巷道,顶板破碎严重锚网支护效果差等问题,以赵家寨14206底抽巷为研究背景,利用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验,探究破碎顶板主动支护参数设计中最优方案。数值模拟研究结果表明,50 mm喷射混凝土厚度可以有效控制塑性区的发展,缩短巷道表面的位移,通过现场实验监测表明,锚网喷支护技术可以作为钻爆法掘进巷道顶板支护的主要技术手段,可为相关工程实际条件下矿井提供参考与借鉴。In order to effectively solve the problems such as poor anchor net support effect of serious roof breakage in drilling and blasting construction roadway,takes Zhaojiazhai 14206 bottom pumping roadway as the research background,and uses theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test to explore the optimal scheme in active support parameter design of broken roof.Numerical simulation results show that 50 mm shotcrete thickness can effectively control the development of plastic zone and reduce the displacement of roadway surface.Through monitoring field experiments showed that spray the anchor net supporting technology can be used as a drilling and blasting method of tunneling roadway roof supporting the main technical means,can provide reference for relevant engineering practice under the condition of mine and using for reference.
