机械振动作用下酸浸颗粒煤解吸特性实验研究

摘  要:煤储层经酸化改性后可疏通其孔裂隙通道,提高煤层瓦斯渗透率。在实际生产中,开采活动造成的机械振动会影响煤层酸化效果。为研究机械振动作用下酸化煤层的瓦斯解吸特性,利用自主搭建的吸附-解吸振动实验平台,以首山一矿二1煤为研究对象开展机械振动下酸浸煤样的吸附-解吸实验测试。结果表明:机械振动通过对煤样产生剪切力及热效应,从而促进瓦斯解吸,提高瓦斯放散速度;机械振动作用下原煤和酸浸煤样瓦斯解吸量有不同程度提升,但酸浸煤样的瓦斯解吸量提升更大;振动频率与瓦斯解吸速率呈正相关,60 Hz时煤样的解吸效果最佳,瓦斯扩散系数最大。研究结果可为煤与瓦斯突出防治及煤层气开发提供参考。Coal reservoirs can be modified by acidification to unblock their pore and fissure channels and increase the permeability of coal seams to gas.In practice,mechanical vibrations caused by mining activities can affect the effect of coal seam acidification.In order to investigate the gas desorption characteristics of acidified coal seams under mechanical vibration,the adsorption-desorption experimental test of acidified coal samples under mechanical vibration was carried out using an inhouse built adsorption-desorption vibration experimental platform with Shoushan No.1 mine II,coal as the research object.The results show that:mechanical vibration can promote gas desorption and increase the rate of gas dispersion by producing shear and thermal effects on the coal samples;the gas desorption of both raw coal and acid-impregnated coal samples was increased to different degrees under the effect of mechanical vibration,but the gas desorption of acid-impregnated coal samples was increased more;the vibration frequency was positively correlated with the gas desorption rate,and the desorption effect of coal samples was best at 60 Hz,with the largest gas diffusion coefficient.The results of the study can be used as a reference for the prevention and control of coal and gas protrusions and coal bed methane development.
