摘 要:针对深井松软煤巷围岩变形破碎、巷道支护困难等问题,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场试验综合方法探究了巷道围岩变形破坏机制及防控策略,引入PLC系统搭建工作面巷道稳定性智能预警平台。研究发现顶板横向受力、巷道等效跨度、煤岩强度是巷道围岩损伤破坏的主控因素。基于PLC-数值仿真智能计算,人工输入合理支护方案模拟验证,提出全长锚固+顶板外侧补充2排锚索+煤柱侧补充2排锚索、全长锚固+顶板外侧补充2排锚索+煤柱侧向切顶2种防控方案。通过对不同方案下巷道围岩变形及应力监测仿真结果,确立方案2为最终方案,为深井松软围岩巷道变形控制提供了合理依据。Aiming at the problems of deformation and breakage of surrounding rock in deep soft coal roadway and difficulty in roadway support,the deformation and destruction mechanism and prevention and control strategy of roadway surrounding rock are explored through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site test.A PLC system is introduced to build an intelligent early-warning platform for roadway stability in working faces.The study found that the lateral stress of the roof,the equivalent span of the roadway,and the strength of the coal and rock are the main controlling factors for the damage and destruction of the roadway surrounding rock.Based on PLC numerical simulation intelligent calculation and manual input for reasonable support scheme simulation verification,two prevention and control schemes are proposed:full length anchoring+2 rows of anchor cables added outside the roof+2 rows of anchor cables added at the coal pillar side,and full length anchoring+2 rows of anchor cables added outside the roof+lateral roof cutting of the coal pillar.Based on the simulation results of deformation and stress monitoring of roadway surrounding rock under different schemes,scheme 2 is established as the final scheme,providing a reasonable basis for deformation control of soft surrounding rock roadway in deep mines.
