振动气流复合力场中全粒级低品质煤的分选特性研究

摘  要:中国煤炭资源禀赋差,低品质煤中细粒煤含量占比约为50%。采用高频振动-梯级布风复合力场分选机对屯宝煤矿-50 mm原煤进行分选试验,研究了各操作参数对细粒煤分选效果的影响,分析了各参数对分选过程影响的显著性。结果表明:在振动频率为34 Hz、气流速度为2.24 m/s、床面倾角为13°时,灰分离析值达到最大值4.67,分选效果达到最优。通过响应面试验确定了各参数的显著性排序:倾角>频率>气速。对屯宝煤矿-50 mm原煤进行半工业性分选试验,将-6 mm末煤发热量提升1 416.53 kJ/kg,精煤平均发热量提升4 165.09 kJ/kg,实现了细粒煤在高频振动-梯级布风复合力场半工业性分选系统中的有效分选。China′s coal resource endowment is poor,low quality coal fine coal content accounts for about 50%.The high frequency vibration-cascade air field separators are used to carry out separation tests on raw coal-50 mm in Tunbao coal mine,and the influence of various operating parameters on the separation effect of fine coal is studied,and the significance of the influence of various parameters on the separation process is analyzed.The results show that when the vibration frequency is 34 Hz,the airflow velocity is 2.24 m/s and the bed angle is 13°,the ash segregation reaches the maximum value of 4.67,and the separation effect is optimal.The order of significance of each parameter was determined by response surface test:inclination>frequency>gas velocity.The semi-industrial separation test was carried out on-50 mm raw coal in Tunbao coal mine,and the caloric value of-6 mm final coal was increased by 1416.53 kJ/kg and the average caloric value of cleaned coal was increased by 4165.09 kJ/kg,which realized the effective separation of fine coal in the semi-industrial separation system of highfrequency vibration and cascade air distribution complex force field.
