摘 要:聚乙二醇(PEO)是一种高分子水溶性聚合物,也是煤泥水澄清处理中常用的絮凝剂。对比4种不同分子量(2 000、2万、60万和700万)PEO对煤泥水絮凝效果的影响,结果表明,相同条件下添加60万分子量PEO时煤泥水上清液浊度和沉降层厚度最小。针对水化1 h和12 h时2种煤泥水体系,相同PEO用量水化12 h煤泥水上清液浊度和沉降层厚度明显比水化1 h体系高,原因主要是由于蒙脱石的水化分散,产生大量微细颗粒。这些颗粒荷较强的负电荷,不容易被PEO捕获,造成煤泥水上清液浊度和沉降层厚度增加。Polyethylene glycol(PEO)is a high molecular water-soluble polymer and a common flocculant used in coal slurry water clarification treatment.By comparing the effect of four different molecular weights of PEO(2000,20000,600000,and 7000000)on the flocculation effect of coal slurry water,the results show that,under the same experimental conditions,the turbidity and the thickness of the sink layer of the coal sludge water clear liquid are the smallest when 600000 molecular weight PEO is added.For the two coal slurry water systems at 1 h and 12 h of hydration,the supernatant turbidity and sinker thickness on the coal slurry water in the 12 h hydration system was significantly higher than that of the 1 h,with the same amount of PEO added.This is mainly due to the adsorption of PEO on the surface of the clay,especially montmorillonite particles,which inhibits the hydration,swelling and dispersion effects of the clay,and reduces the production of nanoscale particles.
