摘　　要：儿童支气管哮喘和严重过敏反应是两种与机体致敏状态相关的、可合并存在的疾病。支气管哮喘是儿童常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病, 而严重过敏反应是速发、可累及全身多系统的急症, 两种疾病状态可相互影响。哮喘控制不良可增加严重过敏反应的风险, 且二者在症状发作时存在误诊风险, 均需要及时正确的急性期治疗和规范化的长期管理。该文就支气管哮喘和严重过敏反应之间的多方面联系和区别, 以及管理策略和工具作一综述, 以期为增加疾病认知和优化疾病管理提供参考。Bronchial asthma and anaphylaxis are two conditions related to the sensitization state of the body that can coexist with each other in children.Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease in children,while anaphylaxis is a rapid onset emergency involving multiple systems of the body.The two diseases can affect each other.Poor asthma control can increase the risk of anaphylaxis,and there is a risk of misdiagnosis during symptom onset.Both diseases need prompt and appropriate acute treatment as well as long term management.This review summarizes the various associations and differences between asthma and anaphylaxis,as well as management tools and strategies,in order to provide reference for enhancing disease awareness and optimizing disease management.
