摘 要:为评估2个转基因品种玉米对亚洲玉米螟不同虫态(龄)的毒性,以2个抗虫耐除草剂转基因玉米品种‘双抗12-5’(对照品种‘宏硕899’)及‘C0030.3.5’(对照品种‘C0010.1.1’)为试材,以亚洲玉米螟为试验对象进行比较研究。结果表明:2个转基因品种玉米‘双抗12-5’、‘C0030.3.5’高抗亚洲玉米螟,且取食转基因玉米的虫龄越小,致死率越高。如以1龄幼虫取食这2种转基因玉米,2龄初幼虫存活率只有2.33%和8.00%,对照品种‘宏硕899’和‘C0010.1.1’存活率分别为84.33%和76.67%;以4龄幼虫开始取食转基因玉米,5龄初幼虫存活率分别达到26.67%和17.33%,对照品种分别为96.67%和46.67%;当以1~4龄幼虫分别作为起始虫龄时,2个转基因玉米品种‘双抗12-5’和‘C0030.3.5’处理的亚洲玉米螟幼虫均不能化蛹(2个对照品种化蛹率超过70.0%),而以5龄幼虫作为起始幼虫饲养时,处理组幼虫化蛹率分别达到52.0%和40.0%,羽化率分别达到56.7%和55.5%,说明这2个转基因玉米品种可作为抗亚洲玉米螟的材料储备。To evaluate the resistance of genetically modified corn to corn borer(Ostrinia furnacalis Güenée) in different stages and provide materials for commercial cultivation of transgenic maize, two groups of insect-resistant and herbicide-resistant transgenic maize(‘Shuangkang 12-5', control variety ‘Hongshuo 899';‘C0030.3.5', control variety ‘C0010.1.1') were used to feed corn borer larvae. The results indicated that two transgenic maize(‘Shuangkang12-5' and ‘C0030.3.5') both showed high level resistance to O.furnacalis and the mortality rates were higher in younger instar larvae. The survival rates of the second instar larvae were only 2.33% and 8.00% when the first instar larvae were fed on two genetically modified corn, respectively. By contrast, the survival rates were 84.33% and 76.67% when the first instar larvae were fed on control varieties ‘Hongshuo 899' and ‘C0010.1.1', respectively. When 4th instar larvae were fed on genetically modified corn the survival rates of the 5th instar larvae reached 26.67% and 17.33%, compared with 96.67% and 46.67% for the control. This study also found 5th instar larvae of O.furnacalis were able to pupate and emerge after fed on genetically modified corns. Both the rates of pupation and emergence were 52.0%, 40.0% and 56.7%, 55.5%, respectively. These results indicated that the two groups(‘Shuangkang12-5' and ‘C0030.3.5') can be both promisingly and widely applied in the future.
