摘  要:采用病情指数法鉴定了云南省11个野生猕猴桃种源对溃疡病的抗性,并采用石蜡切片法分析了种源枝叶组织结构与该项抗病性的关系。结果表明,供试的11个野生种源中,对猕猴桃溃疡病表现为抗病的有4个,表现为耐病的有4个,表现为感病的有3个;供试种源叶片的气孔密度和长度、枝条的皮孔密度和长度与溃疡病病情指数呈显著或极显著正相关,全叶厚度与溃疡病病情指数呈显著负相关,而本研究测定的其他组织结构参数与种源对溃疡病的抗性无明显相关性。The study evaluated the canker disease resistance in seedlings of 1l wild kiwifruit germplasm resources collected from Yunnan with the disease index method.At the same time,the paraffin section method was used to investigate the correlation between the tissue structure of branches and leaves and the disease resistance.The results showed that 1l wild kiwifruit exhibited differing levels of resistance to canker,four were resistant,four were tolerant,and three were susceptible.Furthermore,significant differences were observed in the tissue structure of the branches and leaves among these kiwifruits.The stomatal density and length of leaves as well as the lenticel density and length of branches,showed significant or highly significant positive correlation with the disease index of canker disease.Additionally,a significant negative correlation was found between whole leaf thickness and disease index.The thickness of the upper and lower epidermis,palisade tissue,spongy tissue of leaves,and the width of lenticels of branches varied among different kiwifruit germplasms post-inoculation.However,the correlation with canker resistance was unclear and requires further investigation and research.
