摘　　要：颜料中间体产业生产加工流程复杂,单元反应多,原料种类杂,工艺控制过程严格,技术密集度高,产品根据市场需求灵活多变。其较高的火灾风险性对灭火救援工作提出了更大的挑战。因此,对主要生产工艺进行调研分析,寻找产业生产过程中的风险点,以期对此类事故的灭火救援准备及实战提供一些参考。The production and processing process of the pigment interme-diate industry is complex,with many unit reactions,various types of raw materials,strict process control process,high technology intensity,and flex-ible products according to market demand.Its high fire risk poses a greater challenge to fire fighting and rescue work.Therefore,the main production processes are investigated and analyzed to find risk points in the industrial production process,hoping to provide references for fire fighting and rescue preparations and actual combat for such accidents.
