摘　　要：围绕新疆油田公司应急抢险救援中心消防五大队党支部创新实施“五字决”同加强“三基”建设有机融合,深入落实基层党建工作的探索和实践进行分析,为持续推进企业专职消防队建设和基层治理、引领生产经营提供有益借鉴。The paper focuses on the exploration and practice of the organic integration of the Party Branch of the Fifth Fire and Rescue Section of Emergency Rescue Center of Xinjiang Oilfield Company to innovatively implement the"five words"and strengthen the construction of the"three foundations"and deeply implement the grassroots Party building work.It will provide a useful reference for the continuous pro-motion of the construction of the enterprise's full-time fire brigade and grassroots governance,leading production and operation.
