摘  要:为突破黑龙江省农机装备制造产业发展过程人才管理瓶颈性,以促进农机产业高效发展为目的,通过实地深入院所、大学、企业实地调研,探寻人才管理机制中存在的问题,多方位参考全国人才管理成功经验,探索机动灵活的人才管理机制。构建与企业深度融合、促进企业发展的有效人才管理促进机制模型,为黑龙江省农机装备创新人才创造优良发展大环境。以期推动绝大多数农业装备创新科技人员服务农机制造企业,帮助企业解决技术难题,尝试总结出以创新灵活的人才管理机制促进黑龙江省农机装备制造产业发展的可行性策略。In order to break through the bottleneck problem of talent management in the development process of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province,the purpose is to promote the efficient development of agricultural machinery industry.Through in-depth field research in institutes,universities and enterprises,we will explore the problems existing in the talent management mechanism,refer to the successful experience of national talent management in various ways,and explore the flexible talent management mechanism.Build an effective talent management promotion mechanism model that is deeply integrated with enterprises and promotes enterprise development,so as to create a good development environment for innovative talents in agricultural machinery and equipment in our province.In order to promote the vast majority of agricultural equipment innovation and technology personnel to serve agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises,help enterprises solve technical problems,and try to summarize the feasible strategy of promoting the development of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang Province with innovative and flexible talent management mechanism.
